Shapers gathered in Belfast, Northern Ireland, for the first time for #ShapeEurope2018.

Over 150 Shapers came together under the theme Views from the Fault Line, in and around Belfast’s most iconic venues.

Young Global Leader, Mark Pollock, kicked the SHAPE off with a moving speech about the power of working together for a purpose.

Shapers shared their thoughts about Brexit and the current political climate, start-ups, creative industries and Northern Ireland’s history.

Participants had the opportunity to have dinner aboard the Titanic, built in Belfast, after looking at the historical context of Brexit and discussing tough questions like Does democracy still work for Europe?
