Future Movers

Make waves and move future generations.

Future Movers is the new flagship program of the Global Shapers Manila Hub. It is a platform for the youth to overcome common hurdles to employment in Metro Manila. Together with the members of the Manila Hub, as well as esteemed volunteers, we aim to craft solutions with these youth and to form the next wave of capable leaders.

Our sessions are designed to take participants through a journey that improves their skills on how to craft a clear career path to address unemployment and underemployment. The sessions were on self-awareness and workplace values, communicating effectively and resume crafting, confidence and relationship building, and mock job interview and networking.

The program ran for four consecutive Saturdays from January 26, 2019 to February 16, 2019.
