“The voices of HER” podcast, through inter-group and inter-cultural dialogues, aims to address and discuss unheeded inequity issues. It is jointly produced by GSC Shenzhen and Lean In Shenzhen.

The podcast invites individuals or groups from various background/groups (age, gender, academic and professional background, stages in life etc.) to converse on social issues. The project aspires to break down the barriers of different groups and labels, and lead listeners in exploring opportunities and perspectives through open discussions and debates.

每一期，我们邀请跨年龄/专业/性别/...的嘉宾组合，针对女性议题各抒己见，旨在打破不同年龄、身份、背景的人之间的交流之壁，在多元人群身上看到对同个女性议题更多诠释的可能性，发出散布在不同领域、经历着不同人生阶段的女性的声音，为女性社会议题提供更多的思考路径。

The podcast so far has produced 10 episodes. There had been discussions on Chinese labor law issues with expert lawyers; we uncovered cases and measures of workplace sexual harassment with organization policymakers, and chewed over the interconnectedness of gender equality and environment with international scholars. The topics of conversations continue to grow.
