"BEING READY: Future Skills & Works" is a set of workshops designed to help students choose a future-proof career based on their individual skills, interests and the current job trends. This project aims to equip students with the necessary soft skills that entrepreneurs and workers require in order to thrive in a constant-change environment. These workshops are part of the Global Challenge "Shaping My City’s Future", where we seek to contribute to the city’s readiness for the adoption of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The main goal of the project is to equip 180 students in the pilot stage with soft skills and knowledge about the trending future-proof jobs. Based on the enrollment of students in programs that are aligned with their skills and with the job opportunities created by the 4IR, the impact will be reflected on a more prepared population of graduates and innovation within the city.
