War in Afghanistan uprooted the limited trained human capital existing in the country in the pre-war years and produced a generation of illiterate individuals skilled in fighting, but miserably lacking in productive capacities. Developments have been made post 9/11; however, academic system remains to be outdated and does not equip our youths with the tools that can help them position themselves in the job market and workplace.
Bridge to Afghanistan, a joint effort by Luxembourg City and Kabul Hubs, is designed to work with fresh graduates and graduating students of public and private universities to develop their skills and empower them to secure employment.
