The San Juan Hub seeks to raise awareness of climate change and its effects both locally and globally through the Climate Shapers Podcast. This educational podcast about the climate crisis for the local and global Spanish speaking community, is rooted in the concepts of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Global Shapers' agenda. The podcast wants to make the listener aware through a more holistic approach, with local examples but also a global perspective that allows them to acquire the necessary knowledge in order to carry out actions and behavioral changes. The project aims to impact more than 2,000 individuals in its first season.

The podcast seeks to give a voice and raise awareness of local problems and situations through country-specific issues and their impact locally and global. It also hopes to be an influential source of information for the public with live forums, while raising awareness on the urgency of the Climate Crisis, and demonstrating the lack of common knowledge and management of the issue. This project seeks to be a laboratory (or incubator) of ideas and act as the voice of our generation on the environmental issues in Puerto Rico with a glocal impact.
