A 12-month program, Emerging Leaders works with up and coming young leaders in the Canberra community. Through the program, the Emerging Leaders participate in a series of workshops designed to support their personal development and develop their leadership capability. This is further supported by one on one mentoring provided by the Global Shapers Canberra Hub. 

The goal of the project is to train 30 young people in market-ready skills (education and employment). Five have been trained so far.
