Problem:

-There is a giant gap between women and men employment rates in IT related jobs.

-Young women who are seeking employment in tech industry, especially the ones at the start of their career.

Purpose:

Breaking down the prejudices on both sides and provide a network to assist women who want career in tech. In order to achieve that we are planning a mentoring program.

How:

-Women will be enlightened on different opportunities and understand the industry better, as they learn from mentors. The project will encourage women to be interested in the technology sector by showing them role models, additionally this will provide a network to help them find employment.

KPIs

-Number of women who started IT jobs after mentoring, the perception of women on IT industry after the mentoring.
