Diversity matters for corporate cultures. Yet the % of women- founded VC-backed tech start-ups has plateaued since 2012. Over 90% of VC partners are men. Start-ups and VCs need to find new ways to make European tech more diverse. Europe’s Female Founders is a series of meet-ups across Europe for young people who are looking to gain start-up experience or be inspired by great women in tech (both founders and investors).
