With the global digital acceleration and the goal of placing the Moroccan innovative entrepreneurs on the map, it becomes a must to support local entrepreneurs in developing innovative and scalable tech solutions, promoting self-employment amongst youths, and creating a qualified talents pool with the skills needed to engage in employment and exchange programs. Through a series of coaching activities on top tier technological topics, business modeling and idea development, along with showcasing startups success stories, a high-end coaching methodology for the selected entrepreneurs who will be participating in the program to build their capacity in several areas including soft skills, technical and entrepreneurial skills mentored and coached by Israeli entrepreneurs, leading talents, mentors and experts to provide the required support for the participants and building their capacities in a well-defined area of need and transferring the knowledge from the entrepreneurship nation.

The programme implies three major pillars of development methodology: the Business skills, technical capacity building, and the lean development methodology approach, with the goal of developing participants' skills in order to use technology in the development of innovative solutions or to be able to use their skills in placement and hiring programs to participate in the fourth industrial revolution.

 


 Goals


  1. Promote awareness about entrepreneurship amongst Moroccan youth

  2. Creating a collaboration linkage between the Moroccan and the Israeli entrepreneurial ecosystem

  3. Supporting Moroccan entrepreneurs in developing innovative entrepreneurial ideas that can utilize the top tier technologies.


  4. Develop a sustainable startups ecosystem in the MENA region through professional youth communities

  5. Promoting the self-employment mindset amongst youth in the MENA region

  6. Creating a qualified talent pool to participate in placement and exchange programs

Objectives for five years’ timeline


  1. Training 1200 entrepreneurs on business, soft and technical skills who can start their own initiatives, or businesses in a five-year programme

  2. Creating a qualified pipeline of 300 skills who can get hired locally and abroad through exchange and placement programs

  3. A creation of 20 ideated startups pipeline who can join incubation programs to furthermore develop their Business model, prototype, and MVPs toward acceleration programs and being investment ready startups
