There is a lack of english knowledge in young students from vulnerable communities in Panamá City.

Proposed Solution

"Play In English" works with young students from vulnerable communities youth to help them improve their knowledge of english language. Play in English uses a methodology that we have called "learn playing". We teach basic english during 7 classes and our goal is to show that learning a new language in a enjoyable way is possible.

Hub Activities

The Panamá City Hubs offered a program of 7 english classes to a group of 15 students, per generation. At the end of the program, the Hub hosted an artistic show for the community where students could demonstrate what they have learned.  Also, the Hub gave 3 students the opportunity to continue their english studies through a partnership with an english academy.
