Problem Statement

Disengaged students in Rosario require a better understanding of themselves and their life purpose to navigate the uncertainties of the job market with confidence.

Target Group

Rosario's students, particularly those who may be disengaged or uncertain about their future career paths.

Proposed Solution

With this initiative, we will hold a sequence of meetings that will aim at vocational self-knowledge and involvement in different dynamics related to hard and soft skills, which will allow young people to have better tools for the future labor market.

There are three stages planned:

1. Motivational talks in schools involved;


2. Workshops and personalized mentoring sessions in the interests of each student;


3. Final networking event with students, entrepreneurs, referents and community leaders.

Short & Long-term Goals/Results

1. Empower young people to design their future.


2. Inspire a reflection on self-knowledge and vocation.


3. Approach softer methodologies. Talk about adaptability.


4. Connect students with referents who are of interest to them.


5. We seek to generate an impact on the well-being of students in the last 2 years of Rosario's secondary schools.
