Simultaneously, a pool of experts and professionals across diverse fields is eager to lend their expertise to address these issues and propel these organizations toward success.

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS AND ACTIVITIES The Lux Hub is organizing the fifth edition of Shapeathon. This event pairs NGOs and social startups with a dedicated team of experts and professionals, known as advisors. Over the course of an afternoon, advisors engage the associations, addressing their burning issues through collaborative brainstorming sessions to identify effective solutions. To extend and fortify the impact, post-event consultancy is offered, providing ongoing support for organizations to implement the proposed solutions.

SHORT- & LONG-TERM GOALS In the short term, Shapeathon aims to deliver not only solutions to the burning issues faced by NGOs/startups but also a pool of ideas for them to contemplate post-event. In the long term, the initiative seeks to cultivate and strengthen the network among organizations contributing to social impact in Luxembourg, fostering synergies. Finally, Shapeathon aspires to create lasting connections among advisors, offering personal and professional benefits as they get to know each other and the Lux Hub.

IMPACT METRICS The success of Shapeathon will be determined by multiple key metrics. These include the number of organizations and advisors joining the event and the count of organizations seeking ongoing consultancy after Shapeathon, demonstrating sustained impact. Moreover, we will assess the effectiveness of the ideas provided during the event in addressing the challenges faced by participating organizations.
