As part of the Global Shapers Community's three areas of impact, the Frankfurt hub is tackling diversity & inclusion by focusing on gender equity. Under the framework of the #WeSeeEqual social media campaign and the newly released Global Gender Gap Report 2020, the Frankfurt Hub is responding to gender inequality in the workforce by developing training seminars to educate young people on power imbalance in the workforce. In 2020, we will hold a virtual forum to initiate a conversation between startups, companies, and youth on how we can become generation equality.
