Employees from the corporate sector or founders and entrepreneurs in Hong Kong needs to feel comfortable speaking about workplace mental health through workshops and campaigns so that they can build their skills and resilience around mental health


 


Target Group:

- Founders and Entrepreneurs in Hong Kong 


 


Proposed Solution:


- Hong Kong Hub is collaborating with multiple stakeholders, that share similar vision in improving workplace mental health, to organize workshops, campaigns, events, and mixers to raise awareness about workplace mental health issues, as well as assist corporates in building their skills and resilience around mental health


 


Hub Activities:


- Hong Kong Hub is currently collaborating with the Shared Value Project Hong Kong in hosting the workplace mental wellbeing mixer to facilitate collective effort among workplace mental wellbeng professionals to push for better wellbeing in client companies.


- Hong Kong Hub is also collaborating with PressStart Hong Kong to organize Empathy Box LIVE, a monthly event to facilitate empathetic storytelling among the general public. 


- Hong Kong Hub will launch the 42 Hours campaign in Oct 2020 in hopes of raising awareness around long working hours in Hong Kong, and provide potential solutions for Hong Kong employers and employees from the corporate sector.- Hong Kong Hub will partner with HeartChat, a social enterprise in Hong Kong to provide a free directory of well-being professionals
