Shaping Pathways

The Frankfurt Hub's project SHAPING PATHWAYS aims to teach young people the skills of the 21st century so that they can find their way around an increasingly digitalized world and be successful. These skills include, for example, digital skills, communication skills or critical thinking.

Digital skills are essential for future economic independence. We teach these in full-day workshops and at various levels.

In addition to technical skills, our skills assessment workshop aims to let young people recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as their personality types. This helps with their job search and job interviews as well as increases their self-confidence. Furthermore, our communication and financial literacy workshops aim to equip them with practical knowledge for a successful day-to-day.

Finally, a buddy programme has been established where mentors (senior buddy) accompany youngsters (junior buddy) in their individual path and provides them with helpful guidance in their professional careerThe latest learning methods are used to create immersive learning experiences, such as gamification and train-the-trainer model.
