COVID19 pandemic and the global lockdown has affected businesses all over the world, including Armenia. When large businesses can still survive the current economic dowturn, majority of family owned, small businesses are in deep crisis, several of them even annoucning closing their businesses.

The lockdown made it clear that the only way to overcome this challenge is to sustain a digital transition of the business. Notwithstanding, many of the small and micro businesses that are the backbone of our economy, are also lacking the capacity and capital resources to undertake that transition to digital marketing and sales.

With this project, the Yerevan Hub aims at supporting those businesses and build digital capacity to allow them to ensure minimum market visibility and absorb some of the shocks of the economic downturn we're currently living through.
