Salto is more than just a city; it’s a strategic regional hub, a meeting point between cultures, industries, and ideas. Positioned on the banks of the Uruguay River, it has historically been a center of economic activity, education, and innovation. However, like many cities outside the country’s capital, it faces challenges linked to centralization and unequal development opportunities.

Our hub works to connect, inspire, and mobilize people who want to drive meaningful transformations in entrepreneurship, education, sustainability, and governance. We seek to challenge the status quo and promote initiatives that reinforce the importance of decentralization, ensuring that cities like Salto are not just part of national conversations but leaders in shaping the future of Uruguay.
