We are a non-profit, youth-led initiative, founded by the World Economic Forum (WEF), empowering young people to design and lead independent, community-oriented projects that address pressing local social challenges. We are committed to making a positive impact in Prague, by amplifying youth voices and developing the next generation of youth leaders, both within the hub and across our local communities.
As we have recently been collaborating with Prague’s Pride Business Forum, the panel discusses “What it Means to be ‘Out’ at Work”, where we explore the challenges queer professionals still face and the wins worth celebrating.
Four speakers were recommended by the Pride Business Forum, as they represent their true authentic self within your professional environment and would be able to inspire our young audience, peers and friends.
Our audience includes recent graduates, entering their new professional endeavors, established young professionals and like-minded individuals who seek open conversation about identity and support in their professional environments.
After the panel, we’ll head over together to a local bar for drinks and informal networking. It’s a chance to keep the conversations going, swap experiences, and connect with other queer professionals and allies in Prague.
