We believe in a world where young people are central to solution-building, policy-making and lasting change. In each city, teams of Global Shapers self-organize to create initiatives that address local, regional and global challenges.

The Newcastle Hub aims to provide a tangible impact for communities, thinking globally and addressing locally.  We remain unapologetically firm in our belief that young people can and will create a better tomorrow, where inclusivity and diversity are strengths to be developed. The Hub shall remain transparent in its actions and be a trusted partner of local organisations, creating an environment where leadership is shared across all levels. Our members are supported and support others in their development as local and global leaders.
